At Loewen Design Studios, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to love your handcrafted furniture; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most standard items. Please note that custom-built pieces may be subject to specific conditions due to their unique nature.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully repackage the item in its original protective packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  We will coordinate with our specialized furniture carriers to schedule a convenient time for the item to be collected from your home.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
